You choose from our current themes, and we tailor the language, style, tone (and more) around the small details you share, so it feels like it is walking beside you.
And the details begin even earlier, with the colours of the voucher itself. Whether you are gifting it or choosing it for yourself, a Private Companion is crafted to be received.

This is a one-off piece of art, made for one person only.
Shaped around one person’s life, one person’s days, and one person’s words.
It is not a template with a name added. It is a complete Private Companion, created once, and delivered as a finished piece.
Each Private Companion is shaped and finished by hand, and typically takes 10 to 14 working days from start to delivery. That is what the price holds, as much as the companion itself.
You are paying for it to sound like it was always meant for you, or for the person you are gifting it to.
If it helps, you can split the payment in two
We know this is a meaningful amount for most people.
And we would never want the price to be what stops a one of a kind gift from being made, for you or for someone you love.
So you can choose what feels easier.
Pay €450 in one step. Or split it into two payments of €225, the first to begin and the second just before delivery.
We start creating once the first payment has cleared and your questionnaire is complete. And we release your private access space after the final payment.
This option did not start as a product.
It started the way many gentle things do, with a few messages. Someone asked if we could shape a companion around their own week, their own words, their own pace. Then another. And another.
The first Private Companions were gifts. A partner trying to offer something that did not feel like a programme. A friend wanting to say, “I’m here,” without asking for a long conversation.
Over time, the requests became more frequent. So we decided to offer this carefully, with clear limits, so it stays calm to create and extraordinary to receive.
To make your Private Companion feel genuinely personal, we only need a few small details.

We do not create brand new themes on a single request. We never want a person’s life to be the place we “try something out”. It is one of the ethical principles we quietly keep.

Creation beginns

Delivery
On your delivery day (or earlier), you’ll receive your Private Companion link, with your private access space and everything you need for a quietly exceptional start.
We keep this limited so it stays carefully made.
Typical delivery is 10 to 14 working days from a confirmed slot and completed questionnaire.

If you’re not sure which companion to choose yet, you’re welcome to add one or two sentences about the season you’re in, or what you’d most like this companion to support. We’ll suggest the closest fit from our current themes.
The “next slot in X days” counter shows when the next production space is expected to open. At the same time, we work from a waiting list and confirm starts in the order requests are received.
That means you do not need to wait for the counter to reach zero to place your order.
In fact, the earlier you place your request, the earlier you join the queue and the sooner we can offer you the next available slot. A slot is effectively reserved once your order is placed.

Yes. A Private Companion is made to be a gift, whether you are giving it to yourself or to someone you love.
Either way, we will create a beautifully personalised digital gift voucher.
If it is not for you but for someone else, we can email it directly to the recipient, or send it to you so you can present it your own way, printed and placed in a lovely envelope if you wish.
If you choose the option Send to the recipient, your email address will also be included. This allows you to know when the recipient receives the voucher, so you can experience the moment of giving as it happens.

Even if the list looks long, the questionnaire is designed to take minimal time and effort. You will see clear examples, and most choices are optional. Share only what feels easy to share, and leave the rest blank.
Note on the audio personalisation: The text is shaped by us and our editors. However, to offer this level of personalised narration in a realistic timeframe, the audio is AI generated using a licensed professional voice.
Human recorded audio for every personalised version would turn this into a months long process and a four figure price, which felt out of proportion for what this is meant to be.
For a gifted Private Companion, the giver fills in the questionnaire.
The questions are somewhat personal, but not intrusive, and many are optional, so you can share what you know and simply skip anything you are unsure about.
It is designed to be easy to complete without needing special or highly specific information.
By default, the companion is for one person: the receiver.
The giver receives the voucher and all order updates, but the companion itself stays private to the person it is made for.
If the receiver later emails us to request shared access for the giver, we will happily arrange it.
If we have made an error on our side, we will of course correct it promptly and at no extra cost.
And to keep the experience calm, contained, and true to what a Private Companion is, we do not offer revision rounds or draft versions. Each one is shaped and finished by hand as a complete piece.
If there is one important detail you would like us to get right from the beginning, please include it in the questionnaire, and we will hold it carefully.
