Small messages, from people who’ve spent time with a companion.
We don’t run review widgets, pop-ups, or “please rate us” prompts.
But sometimes, a note arrives in our inbox that stays with us.
If the person tells us we may, we share a line or two here.
Below is a small handful of notes. Same life, just a little less bracing.
Hi — just wanted to say thanks. I’ve tried a bunch of stress-relief stuff before, but I never really stick with it. Your daily practices actually worked for me, though. And 13 days was the perfect length.
I live in a small town here in Canada, so I’m honestly pretty grateful we’ve got the internet for things like this. Now I’m thinking about getting a gift card for my wife’s birthday — if it’s helped me, I figure she’ll probably like it too.
"Howdy! I’m deep into the ABO and I don’t know if it’s gonna totally change my life or anything, but I’ll be honest… today is Day 12 and I still can’t stop thinking about yesterday’s story-shift gift — the Permission Slip. Seriously, they’re all so different and so good.
So yeah… I’ve just got today and tomorrow left, and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna turn right around and start it over from the beginning."
“For like two weeks I kept going back and forth about buying it. I knew I needed something, but money’s been tight, so I kept putting it off. Then I got your email saying I’d won the weekly quiet gift, which was kind of wild.
I picked HET. I didn’t expect much, honestly. But every time I did one of the practices, I felt a little better after. I’ve noticed I’m more patient lately, and I don’t stay spun up as long.”
"I’m an American living in Germany — almost a year now — and it’s been a lot. €45 didn’t feel like a big risk (that’s basically one dinner out here), so I gave Almost Burned Out a try.
I finished it and I’m honestly really happy. Also slightly annoyed it worked, because I didn’t expect it to. 😂
I thought it would be motivational and vague. It’s not. It’s actually practical and very grounding."
“Hey! Thanks for the emails, they’re really gentle. Your Holding Everything Together met me where I’m at. Kettle on, kids yelling, the usual… and I’m still calmer and less snappy, which is massive!”
“Hi! I gave the gift card to my husband and he really liked it, especially how beautiful it is and all that. But I wasn’t sure at first because he’s the type who hates programmes and courses. He tried Day 1 last night and then said to me “OK, that was actually kinda nice.” Today he’s doing Day 2. I hope he likes it. ”
“ I bought Quieter Evenings only for better sleep, honestly. The guided audio is nice and doesn’t hype me up, which I really needed. I fall asleep faster most nights.”

Not every note is published, even when more arrive, because we’d rather stay a calm place than become a wall of testimonials.
